Individual Reservations – You can reserve up to 10 rooms at one time under the same name; you also can reserve each room under individual names. NOTE: All reservations must have individual names by Aug. 20, 2021. On Aug. 21, any reservations without names will be cancelled and returned to general sale in the attendee block.
Room Blocks – At this time, rooms are still available for the 2021 Live in Lou Cross Country Classic, but room block requests are no longer being accepted. Rooms may be booked using the the below link. Please DO NOT contact the hotels directly. The inventory is in real-time and new rooms become available daily, so please check back often. Please call 800-743-3100 for guidance on identifying hotels with available rooms.

Cancellation Policy – Any reservation cancelled after Sept. 24, 2021, will result in a one-night non-refundable guest room charge plus applicable taxes posted to the credit card on file.

Driving
Louisville is within a day’s drive of more than half the nation’s population. Centrally located, you’ll be surprised how quickly you can find your way to Louisville. Three major interstates, I-65, I-71, and I-64, actually intersect in downtown making it easy access from the North, South, East and West.

From Hurstbourne Parkway
Drive north on N Hurstbourne Parkway/KY-1747.Turn right (EAST) onto KY-1447/Westport Road. Turn right (SOUTH) onto Freys Hill Road. E.P. “Tom” Sawyer State Park will be on your right.
From Newburg Road & Watterson Expressway (I-264)
Take Watterson Expressway East. Merge onto I-71N and take until you reach the Gene Snyder Expressway (I-265 S/W). Take I-265 S/W to Exit #32 (Westport Road). Turn right (WEST) off of the exit onto Westport Road. Turn left (SOUTH) on Freys Hill Road. E.P. “Tom” Sawyer State Park will be on your right.
From Blankenbaker Parkway and I-64
Take I-64 East to the Gene Snyder Expressway (I-265), Exit 19B. Merge onto Gene Snyder heading north. Take Exit #32 (Westport Road). Turn right (WEST) onto Westport Road off of the exit. Turn left (SOUTH) on Freys Hill Road. E.P. “Tom” Sawyer State Park will be on your right.
From Watterson Expressway (I-264) and I-64
Take Watterson Expressway East until you reach I-71 North. Merge onto I-71 North and take until you reach the Gene Snyder Expressway (I-265 S/W). Take I-265 S/W to Exit #32 (Westport Road).
